Sugar Bush Salmon Seasoning

Makes 4 salmon steaks. Preheat grill/oven to 425å¡F (220å¡C). Pat salmon steaks dry with paper towel and brush lightly with oil on both sides. Rub 1 tsp (5g) of seasoning over each steak and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Place seasoned steak on grill and cook for 2-3 minutes per side to internal temperature of 145å¡F(63å¡C). Serve immediately. Enjoy!
