This tea from Fujian Province, China, undergoes a traditional scenting process whereby the tea is married with five times its weight in jasmine blossoms. The flowers blossom in the cool night air and leave behind their lavish and intoxicating fragrance.

STEEPING INSTRUCTIONSåÊFor best results, steep 1 teaspoon per 12 ounces ofåÊwater that has just come off the boil and steep for 3-4 minutes, depending on taste.
This tea takes exceptionally well to multiple infusions.
ICED TEA BREWING INSTRUCTIONSåÊ(to make 1 litre/quart)
- Boil 2 cups of water and pour over 7tsp. (approximately 14g) of tea, in a heat-safe pitcher.
- Steep for 12 min and then fill with 2 cups of cold water.
- Remove tea leaves (Sloane Sachet) from pitcher.
Garnish with fresh mint and honey.
